Job summary

International Executive Service Corps invites an experienced Director of Business Development to lead intelligence-focused BD from opportunity identification through award. This role partners with the Chief Growth Officer and senior leadership to shape market strategies and capture plans within the Defense & Intelligence portfolio.

The position requires a Master’s in a technical field, 5–10 years of relevant experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of engineering, program management, or government sales/marketing experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Experience identifying, qualifying, and capturing new prime opportunities >$50M in the U.S. Intelligence market.
• Ability to build customer and industry relationships across the U.S. Intelligence domain.
• Development of market strategies and long-range business plans.
• Execution of capture strategies and pipeline management.
• Success in interacting with customers and industry partners to enhance competitive position.
• Experience with MA ID/IQ contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Intelligence agency BD activities from opportunity identification to award.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop market strategies and opportunities.
• Implement capture strategies for opportunities within the Defense & Intelligence portfolio.
• Manage pipeline and coordinate with resources across departments.
