Confidential is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the US Air Force BD team in Tampa, FL. You will drive the growth plan, recruit and mentor staff, and cultivate strategic relationships with MAJCOMs and AFLCMC to win new business.

You will prepare compelling briefs, develop capture strategies, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to position the company for defense opportunities. A strong background in DoD processes and security clearance is required.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of business development or relevant experience.
• Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one quickly.
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition process, export and policy governing defense sales.
• Experience with USAF acquisitions process and capture management.
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills to senior executives.
• Experience leading teams and managing budgets.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
