Job summary

PLEXSYS Interface Products, Inc. seeks a Senior Business Development Director to lead growth in U.S. Air Force C3BM and C2ISR markets. You will identify, qualify, shape, and capture opportunities, aligning customer needs with PLEXSYS capabilities in a dynamic defense environment.

The role requires 10+ years in defense BD, DoD market experience, and an active DoD Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility. Travel as needed; strong relationships with NORTHCOM/STRATCOM/AFLCMC are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, military studies, or a related field.
• 10+ years in defense business development, capture, or growth leadership.
• Experience in DoD/federal defense markets with C3BM/C2ISR focus.
• Proven record of identifying, shaping, and winning new opportunities.
• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategy for DAF C3BM and C2ISR markets.
• Increase pipeline and improve opportunity shaping in support of strategic revenue goals.
• Strengthen customer relationships with key stakeholders and acquisition organizations.
• Position PLEXSYS as a trusted provider of advanced modeling, simulation, training, and mission integration capabilities.
• Lead capture from pipeline development through proposal submission and contract award.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and program management to align solutions with customer needs.
