Job summary

Opal Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our center-based team in Fayetteville, NC. We prioritize sustainable workloads, strong administrative support, and clinician growth to deliver high-quality ABA services for children ages 2–6.

The role offers a base salary of $90,000–$102,000 with DOE, relocation assistance, and quarterly bonus opportunities. Positive, collaborative work culture and leadership pathways are provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• Current and active BCBA certification from BACB.
• BCBA with 3+ years of experience eligible for senior level.
• Minimum 3 years of direct BCBA experience with autism.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity aligned with quality care.
• Conduct ongoing treatment integrity observations and protocol modification.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration per medical necessity and payer expectations.
• Maintain timely, audit-ready clinical documentation per state and payer requirements.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings.

Education

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
