Job summary

Opal Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our center-based program in Wilmington, NC. This role emphasizes sustainable workloads, strong operational support, and ongoing professional growth.

You will maintain appropriate caseloads, provide supervision, collaborate with families, and ensure compliant documentation while benefiting from a robust compensation package, quarterly bonuses, and relocation/retention incentives.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children with autism and/or early intervention populations.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity expectations aligned with quality care and payer requirements.
• Conduct ongoing treatment integrity observations and modify protocols to support outcomes.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration consistent with medical necessity and payer expectations.
• Maintain timely, audit-ready clinical documentation compliant with state, funder, and ethical requirements.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings to promote long-term client success.
