Job summary

Opal Autism Centers seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a center-based program focused on clinical quality and sustainable workloads. We provide dedicated operations and leadership support to reduce non-clinical burdens and promote meaningful client outcomes.

The position offers a competitive base salary ($80,000–$90,000 DOE), relocation assistance, and quarterly bonus opportunities, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional development for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children with autism/early intervention.
• CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity aligned with quality care and payer requirements.
• Conduct ongoing treatment integrity observations and modify protocols as needed.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration aligned with medical necessity and payer expectations.
• Maintain timely, accurate, audit-ready clinical documentation.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings.

Skills

BCBA certification
