Job summary

Opal Autism Centers is seeking a Senior Level BCBA at our Fayetteville, NC center. You will manage clinically appropriate caseloads, supervise staff, and ensure treatment integrity aligned with payer requirements.

We offer a clinician-led environment with strong operational support and professional development, plus base salary $90,000-$102,000, retention up to $10k, and quarterly bonuses up to $26k.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• BCBA with 3+ years of senior-level experience requested.
• Minimum 3 years BCBA experience with autism.
• CPR & First Aid certification currently active.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity.
• Conduct treatment integrity observations and protocol modifications.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration per medical necessity and payer expectations.
• Maintain timely, audit-ready clinical documentation per requirements.
• Support caregiver training across settings for client success.
