Job summary

Opal Autism Centers is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our center-based program in Fayetteville, NC. The position emphasizes sustainable caseloads, strong operational support, and clinician growth.

The role includes in-person work with a base salary of $80,000–$90,000, relocation assistance, and quarterly bonus opportunities. A comprehensive benefits package and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children with autism and/or early intervention populations.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity aligned with quality care.
• Conduct treatment integrity observations and protocol modifications.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration based on medical necessity and payer expectations.
• Maintain timely, audit-ready clinical documentation compliant with state, funder and ethical requirements.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings.
