Job summary

Opal Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Fayetteville, NC, to join a center-based team with sustainable caseloads and strong operational support. The role centers on clinical quality and meaningful client outcomes within a collaborative, clinician-led culture.

Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 with DOE, plus ~$26k annual quarterly bonus opportunities and a retention bonus up to $10,000.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children with autism and/or early intervention populations.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity expectations aligned with quality care and evolving payer requirements.
• Conduct ongoing treatment integrity observations and protocol modification to support individualized clinical outcomes.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration consistent with medical necessity, treatment intensity, and payer expectations.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and audit-ready clinical documentation in alignment with state, funder, and ethical requirements.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings to promote long-term client success.
