Job summary

Opal Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at a Senior level to join our center-based practice in Fayetteville, NC. You will manage quality clinical outcomes with dedicated operational support, enabling focus on client care.

Base salary ranges $90,000–$102,000 with DOE, plus retention incentives and quarterly bonuses up to $26,000 annually. Opportunities for leadership growth and professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA working with individuals with autism.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity aligned with quality care.
• Conduct ongoing treatment integrity observations and modify protocols for outcomes.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration consistent with medical necessity and payer expectations.
• Maintain timely, audit-ready clinical documentation per state, funder, and ethical requirements.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings to promote long-term client success.
