Opal Autism Centers is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Fayetteville, NC to join a center-based, in-person program with dedicated clinical leadership and support.

We offer a competitive base salary ($90,000–$102,000 DOE), relocation assistance, and quarterly bonus opportunities up to $26,000 annually, helping you achieve total earnings well over $100,000 with a sustainable caseload and growth path.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• Active BCBA certification and at least 3 years of BCBA experience with autism.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity targets.
• Conduct treatment integrity observations and adjust protocols.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration aligned with medical necessity.
• Maintain timely, audit-ready clinical documentation per requirements.
• Support caregiver training to generalize skills across settings.
