Job summary

Opal Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, in-person, center-based role in Wilmington, NC. The position offers a base salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, with an optional retention bonus up to $5,000 and quarterly bonus opportunities up to $26,000 annually.

Total earnings can exceed $100,000 for high performers. The organization emphasizes sustainable caseloads, strong operational support, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience working with children with autism and/or early intervention populations
• Current CPR & First Aid certification

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinicallyappropriate caseloads and productivity expectations aligned with quality care and evolving payer requirements
• Conduct ongoing treatment integrity observations and protocol modification to support individualized clinical outcomes
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration consistent with medical necessity, treatment intensity, and payer expectations
• Maintain timely, accurate, and audit-ready clinical documentation in alignment with state, funder, and ethical requirements
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings to promote long-term client success
