Qualifications

• Must have a Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Current and active BCBA certification from BACB.
• Certified as a BCBA for 3+ years for senior level eligibility.
• Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience working with individuals with autism.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity aligned with quality care and payer requirements.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration aligned with medical necessity and payer expectations.
• Maintain timely, audit-ready clinical documentation in line with state and funder requirements.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings to foster long-term client success.
