Qualifications

• Master's in ABA or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• 3+ years as BCBA in autism-related work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity aligned with quality care.
• Conduct treatment integrity observations and modify protocols for outcomes.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration per medical necessity and payer expectations.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation compliant with state and payers.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings.
