Opal Autism Centers in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Senior BCBA to lead clinical quality and sustainable caseloads at a center-based program for children with autism. You will supervise, mentor staff, and collaborate with families while maintaining adherence to ethical practices.

The role offers a competitive base salary ($90,000–$102,000 DOE), quarterly bonus opportunities up to $26,000, retention incentives, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Current and active BCBA certification (BACB).
• BCBA certification for 3+ years to be eligible for senior level.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA working directly with individuals with autism.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity aligned with care standards.
• Conduct treatment integrity observations and modify protocols to support outcomes.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration per medical necessity and payer expectations.
• Maintain timely, audit-ready clinical documentation per state, funder, and ethics.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings.

Education

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
