Job summary

Opal Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our center-based team in Fayetteville, NC. This in-person role emphasizes clinical quality, sustainable caseloads, and robust operational support to help BCBAs focus on meaningful client outcomes.

We offer a strong compensation package with a base salary of $80,000–$90,000 (DOE) plus quarterly bonuses up to $26,000 and retention incentives, with total earnings potential exceeding six figures for top performers.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity expectations aligned with quality care and evolving payer requirements.
• Conduct ongoing treatment integrity observations and protocol modification to support individualized clinical outcomes.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration consistent with medical necessity, treatment intensity, and payer expectations.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and audit-ready clinical documentation in alignment with state, funder, and ethical requirements.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings to promote long-term client success.
