Opal Autism Centers seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our center-based, in-person team in Fayetteville, NC. We’re intentionally building a BCBA experience focused on clinical quality, sustainable workloads, and strong operational support so clinicians can prioritize meaningful client outcomes.

This full-time role offers a competitive base salary ($90,000–$102,000 DOE), relocation assistance, quarterly bonus opportunities, and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• Current and active BCBA certification.
• Certified as a BCBA for 3+ years for senior level.
• Minimum 3 years' experience working with individuals with autism.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads aligned with quality care.
• Conduct treatment integrity observations and modify protocols as needed.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration per medical necessity and payer expectations.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and audit-ready clinical documentation.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings.
