Job summary

Opal Autism Centers in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior BCBA to lead high-quality ABA services at a center-based, in-person setting. You will manage sustainable caseloads, receive strong operational support, and collaborate with a clinician-led team to drive meaningful client outcomes.

The role offers a base salary of $90,000–$102,000 DOE plus a $5,000 retention bonus and quarterly bonuses up to $26,000 annually, with total earnings potentially exceeding $100,000.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification from the BACB required.
• BCBA for 3+ years to qualify for senior level.
• Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience with autism.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity aligned with quality care and payer requirements.
• Conduct treatment integrity observations and modify protocols for individual outcomes.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration per medical necessity and payer expectations.
• Maintain timely, audit-ready clinical documentation per state and ethical standards.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings.
