Job summary

Affirm is building a de novo bank and this role will establish and scale the operating foundation. You will own Finxact core and digital banking experiences, and lead deposit and lending operations strategy across servicing teams to deliver reliable financial products.

You will drive end-to-end readiness, control environment, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Data, Accounting, Finance, and Compliance to ensure compliant, scalable operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the Finxact core and digital banking platforms, ensuring accuracy and reliability of product structures, rates, and postings.
• Oversee deposit and lending operations, testing, releases, and continuous platform improvements.
• Lead operational launch readiness including procedures, staffing, training, and go/no-go readiness.
