Sun Recruiting, Inc. is seeking Production Supervisors for an established food manufacturer’s bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. Opportunities span first, second, and third shifts, leading a team of 15–25 employees to deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals.

This hands-on leadership role sits within an experienced supervisory team and offers room for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
