This full‑time, on‑site role oversees 15–25 production employees across first, second, and third shifts, driving safe, high‑quality output while meeting production goals. Responsibilities include leading daily activities, coaching staff, maintaining food safety and sanitation, monitoring performance, coordinating with maintenance and quality, and ensuring smooth shift handoffs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in food manufacturing.
• Bakery or frozen foods experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts and support scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees with clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
