Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking Production Supervisors for an established food manufacturer in Rocky Mount, NC.

You will lead a team of 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality bakery products while meeting production goals. You’ll coach staff, drive continuous improvement, uphold GMPs and food safety, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues.

Formación

• Experience leading teams in food manufacturing.
• Bakery or frozen food experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and GMPs.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
