Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. is hiring a Production Supervisor for a bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. You will lead a team of 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality output and achievement of production goals.

This hands-on leadership role offers room for growth within an established supervisory team. A strong background in food manufacturing and GMPs is preferred, with a focus on coaching and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen foods preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, manage performance, and enforce accountability.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
