Job summary

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes coaching, training, and development within an established supervisory team, with opportunities for professional growth and involvement across maintenance, quality, and other departments.

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing.
• Bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Strong leadership and accountability; good communication.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing and shift assignments.
• Coach, train and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
