Your Talent Team is seeking Production Supervisors for a full-time, on-site role with an established food manufacturer in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. You will lead a team of 15–25 production employees across first, second, and third shifts to deliver safe, high-quality bakery products while achieving production goals.

You will coach staff, manage performance, ensure GMPs and food safety standards, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMPs, food safety and sanitation practices.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
