Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is hiring Production Supervisors for a bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC.

This full-time, on-site role oversees 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts to deliver safe, high‑quality products while meeting production goals. You will lead daily activities, coach staff, maintain food safety and sanitation, monitor performance, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production workers in food manufacturing.
• Ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem solving abilities.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts and support scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
