This full-time, on-site role covers first, second, and third shifts, supervising a team of 15–25 employees and ensuring safe, high-quality output while meeting production targets. Responsibilities include directing daily production, coaching staff, maintaining GMPs and safety standards, and coordinating with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production in food manufacturing.
• Bakery or frozen foods experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of GMPs and food safety practices.
• Willingness to work assigned shift and support scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
