KingRecruitingServices is hiring Production Supervisors for a bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. This on-site, full-time role leads a team of 15–25 production employees across first, second, and third shifts.

You will oversee daily production activities, coach staff, uphold food safety standards, and partner with maintenance and quality to meet production goals. Opportunities for growth exist within an established supervisory team, with comprehensive benefits and a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
