The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Production Supervisor for its bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. This on-site, full-time role leads a team of 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality output while meeting production goals.

You will coach staff, coordinate with maintenance and quality teams, and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and safety. A strong track record in food manufacturing supervision is required.

Competenze

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.

Mansioni

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
