Management Performance Associates is seeking Production Supervisors for its bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. This on-site, full-time role covers first, second, and third shifts and leads a team of 15–25 production employees to deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading employees in food manufacturing, preferably bakery or frozen foods.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts and support production scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
