Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is hiring for Production Supervisors in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. This is a full-time, on-site role across first, second, and third shifts, leading a team of about 15–25 production employees in a bakery operation.

You will coach and develop staff, uphold GMPs and food safety standards, and work with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues while driving efficiency and meeting production goals.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in food manufacturing.
• Bakery or frozen foods experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs and food safety.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
