• Practical use of LLMs/AI to enhance automation with guardrails.
• Ability to define technical plans for large feature deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly team goals and lead engineers from ambiguity to delivery.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics across lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve project, process, or tech risks proactively.
• Support operations and on-call efforts to keep services healthy.
• Model code quality and design standards through writing and talks.
