This is a hands-on role emphasizing rapid iteration, reliability, quality, and maintainability, with a culture of ownership and strong communication across a global engineering team. Base pay reflects market ranges for USA remote roles.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale.
• Backend technologies include Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL and Kubernetes.
• Experience shipping web apps using React or Vue.
• Practical use of LLMs or AI frameworks to enhance automation with guardrails and citations.
• Ability to define a technical plan for delivering significant features with elegant design.
• Proven track record making large codebase changes safely.
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive feedback seeking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for global teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
