Job summary

TruGreen, a leading lawn care provider, seeks an advanced B2B sales professional to grow a diverse portfolio of local and cross-branch accounts in the Vadnais Heights region. You will lead proposals, negotiate terms, and secure long-term contracts with large organizations, schools, and government facilities.

Ideal candidates bring eight+ years in full-time B2B sales, including experience with RFP/RPQ processes and a track record of meeting revenue targets. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Eight years of full-time work experience with five years in B2B sales, preferably selling to large multi-state accounts.
• Experience presenting proposals to C-Suite executives and managing RFP/RPQ processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales goals and executes sales plans for diverse business clients including property managers and large organizations.
• Presents lawn care service proposals and secures long-term contracts.
• Generates new B2B revenue by prospecting and onboarding commercial customers.
