Alleviation Enterprise LLC seeks a seasoned sales professional in Utah who leads by example and aspires to leadership. The role focuses on mastering our B2B process for premium supplemental insurance, building strong client relationships, handling objections, and closing sales.

With success, you will mentor peers and help train new hires. We offer a structured path with weekly draw pay and uncapped commissions; promotions are performance based.

Qualifications

• Pass a thorough pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain - study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursement available)
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)

Responsibilities

• Sell and cultivate a strong B2B clientele base, reflecting leadership by example.
• Master and execute our B2B sales process for premium supplemental insurance, involving relationship-building, cold calling, and client engagement.
• As you progress, train and mentor incoming team members as required.
