Job summary

Equifax is seeking a Principal Business Development Manager - B2B to drive market expansion and increase penetration across large organizations, leveraging proprietary consumer data to enrich client strategies for financial institutions, telecoms, and utilities.

Lead a high-performing sales organization, mentor teammates, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions and secure enterprise deals.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership or management experience scaling sales teams.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent B2B sales experience covering pipeline and forecasting.
• Experience negotiating enterprise deals with quotas.
• Experience articulating financial insights to senior decision-makers.
• Proficiency with Salesforce for lead scoring and forecasting.
• Understanding API-driven delivery discussions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage team KPIs, forecast revenue, and guide go-to-market strategies.
• Identify and secure new business with large-scale organisations.
• Lead account strategy motions with cross-functional teams.
• Escalation point for complex client negotiations and roadblocks.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs with tailored consumer data solutions addressing risk, fraud, and marketing.
