Job summary

Equifax is seeking a Strategic Account Director for Banking to drive strategic relationships with large banks and the wider financial services ecosystem. This is a consultative, hunter role focused on new revenue opportunities rather than pure account management.

You will engage with C-level stakeholders, lead multi-functional teams, and shape solutions that deliver clear ROI while advancing Equifax solutions across complex, long sales cycles. Remote London-based role with global reach.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Banking & Financial Services market with a track record of scaling banks.
• Proven hunger for driving new business and hunting for revenue within roles.
• Sales track record leading complex, high-value customer relationships, or equivalent.
• Ability to manage senior-level relationships with gravitas and confidence.
• Experience managing top accounts and delivering high-value, multi-year sales.
• Experience negotiating with long sales cycles and complex pricing.
• Extensive experience presenting to senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Create and drive strategic relationships with Directors, Divisional Heads, and C-level stakeholders to unlock opportunities.
• Act as a new business hunter within accounts, uncovering revenue streams beyond day-to-day ops.
• Manage new sales opportunities and lead the process to contract negotiations and close.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene and deliver accurate forecasting.
• Understand client needs and design services and account plans to win revenue.
• Lead multi-functional teams with Equifax Consultants on strategic client solutions.
• Develop financial plans and forecasts by client division and product group.
• Monitor market trends to identify opportunities and tailor solutions.
• Lead status and strategy meetings with senior management; develop staff capabilities.
