Servpro of Glendora/San Dimas is seeking an experienced Business Development Rep. You will drive new business with property managers, insurance agents, and commercial clients, building lasting partnerships and delivering growth.

The role emphasizes rapid response, professionalism, and reliability within the restoration industry, with field visits, presentations, and ongoing client education.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of Business Development experience in related industries.
• Ability to build and maintain B2B relationships with property managers and insurers.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and maintain relationships with property management companies, insurance professionals, commercial property owners.
• Educate prospects on SERVPRO’s restoration and cleaning services and rapid response.
• Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups to build long‑term partnerships.
• Attend networking events, CE classes, trade shows, and local association meetings.
• Maintain records of client interactions, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts using CRM/marketing software.
• Provide territory updates and sales reports to management.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals in the assigned territory.
