Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support enterprise customers across Compute, Storage, Database, and more. You will be the primary technical advisor, shaping strategies to maximize value from AWS services while maintaining customer operational health.

Qualifications

3+ years of technical engineering experience in distributed systems.
Experience troubleshooting for compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data.
Excellent oral and written communication, including executive-level discussions.
Willingness to travel 10% or more as needed.

Responsibilities

Act as principal technical advisor and voice of the customer to enterprise clients.
Craft and execute strategies to drive adoption and use of AWS services.
Represent AWS in customer environments and discuss incidents, trade-offs, and risk.
Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to design scalable solutions.
