Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Database Administrator for the Hospice unit to lead the AWS database modernization, migrate SQL Server 2016 to AWS RDS or in-place upgrades, and modernize SSIS/SSRS workloads. You will implement cost optimization, mentor the Hospice SQL DBA team, and establish cloud-native monitoring and DR processes for high-impact healthcare applications across the United States.

Competenze

• 8+ years of database administration experience.
• Deep expertise with Microsoft SQL Server (2016+).
• Hands-on with SQL Server upgrades and end-of-support migrations.
• Strong SSIS and SSRS experience in development and admin.
• Experience with AWS RDS (SQL Server) and multi-AZ setups.
• Familiarity with AWS-native ETL tools (DMS, Glue).
• Proficiency in backup/restore, DR, and cross-region replication.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, CloudWatch).
• HIPAA/HITRUST/SOC2 regulated environments experience.
