Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Database Administrator to lead the Hospice database modernization efforts across the United States. The role focuses on migrating SQL Server workloads from EC2 to AWS RDS, upgrading 2016-era databases, and modernizing SSIS ETL and SSRS reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of database administration experience.
• Deep expertise with Microsoft SQL Server (2016+) performance tuning, high availability, disaster recovery.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server version upgrades and migrations from 2016.
• Strong hands-on experience with SSIS and SSRS.

Responsibilities

• Lead SQL Server modernization on EC2 and migration to AWS RDS.
• Migrate SSIS ETL and SSRS reporting to AWS-native services or upgrade on EC2.
• Drive database cost optimization and monitoring.
• Upskill Hospice SQL DBA team on AWS database operations.
