Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is seeking a Sr. AWS Consultant to guide customers through Amazon Connect deployments, cloud architecture design, and cross‑domain integrations. You will collaborate with Solution Architects and lead requirements gatherings to produce implementable designs.

The role emphasizes enterprise-level customer engagement, deep AWS and Salesforce knowledge, and the ability to translate business goals into concrete technical tasks for delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing contact center experience.
• Experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions.
• Experience with WebRTC and SIP protocols and APIs.
• Hands-on scripting/coding in Python, Java, C#, .NET, Node.js.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with executives and customers.
• API integration experience.
• Troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Experience with CloudFormation, Contact Flow Design, Lambda/Lex integrations.
• Automation tools and CI/CD knowledge (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CodeDeploy).
• Contact Center architecture knowledge.
• Experience in technology/software sales, pre-sales, or consulting.
• Advanced AWS cloud services knowledge.
• Salesforce knowledge, especially Service Cloud.
• Experience with other CC platforms (Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Twilio).
• WorkForce Management experience.
• Campaign management experience.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in adopting Amazon Connect solutions and achieve positive outcomes.
• Perform technology assessments to justify CCaaS moves for improved agent experience.
• Educate customers on AWS value and discuss cloud deployment architectures.
• Lead business process reviews and document requirements for solution design.
• Translate goals into actionable user stories for development teams.
• Liaise between technical teams and stakeholders, managing expectations.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure best-practice designs.
• Gather requirements; work with engineers to generate estimates and timelines.
• Deliver end-user training and documentation.
