Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is seeking an AWS Engagement Manager to lead delivery for Mid‑Market & Enterprise clients. You will own customer relationships, guide project teams, and ensure delivery health and satisfaction across AWS engagements, partnering with Sales to scope work and plan growth.

The role requires a strong background in solution architecture, pre‑sales advisory, and executive stakeholder management, with travel up to 25% and a focus on AI-enabled cloud contact center solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting experience in iterative software delivery.
• 5+ years leading engagements with 15+ team members.
• 5+ years building AWS solutions and explaining platform tradeoffs to executives.
• Deep expertise in Contact Center or AWS-based design (e.g., Amazon Connect).
• Strong pre-sales experience with discovery, scoping, and LOE estimates.
• Hands-on end-to-end architecture across requirements, design, integrations, go-live.
• Excellent communication and ability to articulate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer relationships across engagements.
• Provide direction to project teams and oversee delivery quality.
• Act as thought leader for customers and identify transformation opportunities.
• Support sales cycles with scope, estimates, and staffing plans.
• Transition customers from sales to delivery with kickoff planning.
• Staff projects with appropriate teams and manage staffing risks.
• Drive internal initiatives to improve delivery capabilities and assets.
• Champion AI-enabled delivery practices and client data handling.
• Travel up to 25% for projects and events.
