Qualifications

• Experience working on customer-facing roles in contact centers.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python or Java.
• Strong ability to facilitate discussions with executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer success in launching Amazon Connect solutions.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate ROI for AWS Connect Platform usage.
• Collaborate with technical teams to meet customer requirements.

Skills

Customer‑facing contact center experience

Hands‑on scripting/coding experience (e.g., Python, Java, C#, .NET, Node.js)

Strong communication and presentation skills

API integration experience

Experience implementing infrastructure as code using AWS CDK and Terraform

Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks

Education

AWS Cloud Practitioner certification

AWS Developer Associate or Professional certification
