Job summary

NeuraFlash, part of Accenture, is searching for an AWS Solution Architect to ensure customer success by building and launching Amazon Connect solutions. You will lead discovery for customers, translating requirements into contact center design while overseeing technical teams. You will have a significant role in architectural discussions to deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP.
• Communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and customers.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions for NeuraFlash customers.
• Conduct technology assessment and audits to identify the need to move to CCaaS AWS Connect Platform.
• Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS.

Skills

Customer-facing contact center experience

Experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions

Hands-on scripting/coding (e.g., python, java, c#, .NET, Node.js)

Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills

Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture

Education

AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification

Salesforce Certified Administrator
