Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture seeks an experienced AWS Solutions Architect to lead cloud-based contact center initiatives for global customers. You will design, implement, and optimize Amazon Connect integrations with Salesforce and other AWS services, guiding teams across technical and business stakeholders.

Remote and in-person collaboration is supported, with travel as needed. The role requires deep knowledge of AWS, Salesforce Service Cloud, and contact center architectures to deliver

Qualifications

• Expertise in designing and delivering AWS/Cloud-based contact center solutions.
• Experience integrating WFM, CRM, and contact center systems.
• Strong scripting abilities with Python/Java/C#.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to executives and stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and AWS services.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions.
• Lead architectural discussions for cloud deployments across Salesforce and AWS.
• Mentor technical teams and manage project communications.
• Translate customer requirements into contact center designs leveraging AWS practices.
• Deliver ROI-focused presentations and project estimates.
