Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is seeking an AWS Engagement Manager to lead delivery for Mid-Market & Enterprise customers. You will own the customer relationship from a delivery perspective, ensuring delivery health, satisfaction, and successful transition from sales to delivery across AWS engagements.

The role requires senior consulting experience with solution architecture, pre-sales advisory, and leadership of distributed teams, including cross-functional stakeholders up to VP/C-level.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting experience across iterative software delivery
• 5+ years leading complex customer engagements or workstreams
• 5+ years architecting, selling, and delivering AWS solutions
• Deep expertise in Contact Center or AWS-based solution design
• Proven pre-sales experience including discovery, solution mapping, and scoping
• Hands-on experience designing end-to-end architectures across delivery phases
• Strong SDLC governance and ability to communicate tradeoffs
• Experience shaping distributed cross-functional solution teams
• Strong commercial acumen with experience creating SOWs and estimates
• Excellent communication and storytelling with executive audiences

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer relationships from a delivery perspective across engagements.
• Provide hands-on direction, guidance, and oversight to project teams and escalation when needed.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, driving outcomes and transformation.
• Participate in customer sales cycles focusing on scope, estimates, and staffing.
• Smoothly transition customers from sales to project delivery with kickoff and onboarding.
• Staff and manage project teams, mitigating staffing risks.
• Drive innovation in delivery capabilities and reusable assets.
• Champion AI-enabled delivery practices across engagements and data-handling requirements.
• Support NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture growth and travel up to 25%.
