Job summary

Argo Group is seeking an AVP, Claims Quality Assurance & Performance Management to lead the reestablishment and evolution of the QA program. This in-office role reports to the Clearbrook QA Lead and aligns with enterprise standards while coordinating with senior leadership to position Argo as a data-driven claims QA leader.

The role covers QA strategy, governance, analytics, and performance management, with emphasis on Guidewire data integration, KPI trends, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD, advanced degree, CPCU, AIC, SCLA, Six Sigma/Lean, PMP, Prosci, Guidewire cert or similar preferred.
• 7 years of progressive P&C claims experience with strong technical handling, coverage, reserving, litigation, and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA program design, governance, and audit methodology.
• Link QA findings to KPI trends and leadership reporting.
• Expand QA output into a broader claims performance management capability.
