Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; advanced credentials preferred.
• 7 years P&C claims experience with leadership in QA or performance programs.
• Strong business acumen and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with Guidewire ClaimsCenter and data integrity.
• Ability to translate QA findings into improvements and training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reestablish Argo's QA program and align with enterprise standards.
• Design audit methodology, scoring models, and sampling strategies.
• Evaluate claim handling quality, coverage, reserving, and strategy.
• Develop structured feedback loops to leadership and handlers.
• Oversee Guidewire utilization audits and data integrity.
• Lead AI-enabled QA tools and automation integration.
• Deliver executive reporting on claim quality and KPI trends.
• Translate audit findings into training and process improvements.
