• Design QA audit methodologies, scoring models, and sampling strategies.
• Link QA findings to KPI trends, training, and leadership reporting.
• Oversee data integrity, analytics, and governance for claims quality.
• Lead implementation of AI-enabled QA tools and automation; drive continuous improvement.
